Day2/Day3

Day 2 started out getting ready and getting on the subway, or what they like to call it "Tube/The Underground." We got off at this Hyde Park stop, and very first thing we saw were these men on horses with shiny royal like suits on. I wanted to see what it was about, so me and Julian go after it, half a mile later we end up at Buckingham Palace and we instantly get to see the Changing of the Gaurds.
Westminster Abbey was nice. It too is right next to Big Ben. Because of the Thursday bombing we had a two minutes of silence at noon. We just happened to be in the church at the time. So we hear Big Ben strike and then the two minutes began. It was dead silent even for a big echo-y church. After the two minutes the minister said a prayer for God to watch over the good people and to punish the terrorists. It was cool.
The World's Largest Observation Wheel AKA London Eye.
Big Ben is across the river and a little bit down. Its not a good map so I didn't bother trying to link it.
Jane told me and Julian to go to this area of town called Soho, she said it was a crazy area that was way funny. It wasn't. It was quite lame. Ha.
Tower of London and London bridge were right next to each other. The Bridge looked more amazing to me, but the tower which was a castle with a tower in the middle known for people plotting against the king and being killed there, was interesting. It had the crown jewels and a whole lot of historical objects.

Day 1

Leaving for my FlightRight now it's 2:45 here in Europe check the time I am writing to get yours. The plane ride was alright, seats were uncomfortable so it was impossible to get sleep. I got maybe an hour of sleep max. We had two simple meals real small, but alright. Beef stew and mashpatatoes with carrots, and breakfast was an egg crescent. Sorry about my spelling. Well not much is going on, and Julian is rushing me to get off the computer so he can do the blog thing too.
cheers,
Adam Willis
